Colorado Blue Columbine - Aquilegia coerulea

Description

One plant with six flowers. One flower is a side view showing the long spurs projecting backward from the five white petals. Leaves are small and 3-lobed, each lobe deeply incised, giving the leaves a lacy appearance.

Found in alpine areas of the Rocky Mountains.
