Abstract of sotol in the snow

Description

Sotol (Dalylirion wheeleri) is a leaf-succulent of the Chihuahuan and Sonoran Deserts, where snow is rare. It is distinguished from yuccas and agaves by the teeth on its leaf edges. Here it is seen just after a snow storm, with the leaf blades coated with snow and frost.

This shot is an abstract of only part of the plant.
